We are a group private practice serving clients in and around Colorado Springs. It is our priority to create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change by creating a safe space for you, to walk out of pain and into hope through personalized counseling. We look forward to working with you to addresses your challenges and realize your goals. Therapy is a process that can move you toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the life you desire.
There are seven therapists on the Hopeful Springs Counseling team Nicole Dillon, Jesse Wretlind, Tahnee Roberts, Nicole Denzler, Koen Pull, Jemima Organ, and Mallory Jefferson. We are located at 2140 Academy Circle, Suite A, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
We use a variety of approaches to address our clients unique needs. Many successful treatment plans will utilize a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, person-centered therapy, play therapy, psychodynamic, psychoeducational, solution-focused brief therapy and many more.
Additionally, there is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy. This research revealed that individuals who practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal painful memories from the past. It is our honor and mission to help our clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
